Amy "Peaches" Wyche, age 43 resident of 138 N.E. Rose Terr., Lake City, died Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012 at Avalon Health Care terminating an extended illness. Born in Gainesville, Fl she was the daughter of the late Loureno Butler and Amos Wyche. She attended the public schools of Columbia County. Preceding her in death was her sister, Erna "Cookie" Laster, maternal grandparents, Cecil and Masry Butler, Raymond and Nealie Wyche.
Survivors include her father, Amos (Louvenia) Wyche, Lake City; (3) sons, Antonio (Monique), Xavier, and Michael R. Wyche; sister, Lease (Jeffery) Reed; (6) brothers, Darrell Butler, Michael B. Wyche, Amos Wyche, Joseph (Mary) Johnson, Tommy (Rosa) Ali-Holiday, Alfredo; Devoted Aunt, Bertha Wyche; a devoted friend & sister in Christ, Estralita "LeLe" Taylor, Ronald Parker, Special Friends, Rosetta Manning, Vonnie Jones and Loretta McSwain and a host of Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Amy "Peaches" Wyche, will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Mt. Pisgah A.M.E. Church with Rev. Joy Gallmon, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in the Springville Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, Oct. 26, 2012 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
