Lucile French, 86, of Lake City, FL, was called to Heaven on Tuesday, May 14, 2013. She was born in Elba, AL. She was a long time resident of Gainesville, FL and co-founder of Ray French AC & Heating. She enjoyed fishing, gardening and traveling. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Ray French and her grandson, Ron Ely. She was a loving mother, grand and great grandmother.

Survivors include two daughters: Jean Sikes (Doyle), High Springs, FL and Janice Ely, Lake City, FL, 3 grandchildren: Tammy Ely, Lori Sikes Crouch (Tim), and Cory Sikes; 4 great grandchildren: Rilyn Crouch, Keegan Crouch, Ethan Sikes and Kyle Sikes, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, May 18, 2013, at 11 A.M. at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Lake City, FL with Pastor Cagney Tanner officiating.
