Miss Lillian Patricia Lamb, age 81 of Gainesville went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Wednesday, June 4, 2014.  Lillian was born Sept. 5, 1932 in Watermelon Park near Lake City, Fl. and grew up in Sunland Training Center in Gainesville.  She moved to Waldo around 1980 and quickly became a part of the Community and especially First Baptist Church of Waldo. If the doors of the church were open she was there.  She was a very outgoing and joyous person, she made friends easily and was loved by many.  She especially enjoyed riding her three wheel bicycle around town and visiting. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam W. Lamb and Elizabeth Cone Lamb, sisters, Elizabeth Robinson and Annie Sheridan and a brother, John Lamb. She is survived by a sister, Mary Banks, Columbia, SC and a nephew Sam Robinson, Lake City, Fl.  A Memorial Service will be held at First Baptist Church, Waldo, Fl at 11:00am Saturday, June 21, 2014 with Pastor Jim DuBois officiating.
