WHITE CLOUD -- JoAnne Queen Davis, 83, passed away on May 21, 2018.

She was born Oct. 15, 1934, in White Cloud, to Rollo and Garnet (Nelson) Branch, who have both preceded her in death.

JoAnne attended Baldwin Community Schools; then later worked for Michigan Bell Telephone Company in Baldwin, Fremont and Grand Rapids. She joined the U.S. Air Force, where she met and married Richard "Dick" Queen. They retired in Nirvana. Dick and JoAnne joined the Lake County Sheriff's Department as reserve deputies. After Dick's passing, she later married Reynold Davis and he also passed away.

JoAnne is survived by her special family/adopted son, George A. Marley Jr.; many close friends, including the Trumbles, Aaron, Rita, Keegan, Alexis and Bri; the Handwergs, Terry and Betty; the Leathermans, Mike and Connie; and the Marleys, George Sr., Lucinda and Michael.

Memorial services are being planned for a later date.
