We mourn the passing of a revered and brilliant, yet humble Chief thoracic surgeon, beloved son on North Carolina and himself a son of a NC Physician, Dr. John Cordice, 40- years a dedicated Harlem Physician who saved the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr in. 1958 @ Harlem Hospital. We were honored to have met him with his charming wife Marguerite in 2011 @ a fundraiser for Harlem Hospital Center.
