Leitzke, Glenn H.

Glenn H. Leitzke, age 82, of 1928 W. Orangewood Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, died Tuesday afternoon, September 24, 2013.

Glenn was born March 7, 1931 in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, son of the late Emil and Geraldine (Zinn) Leitzke. He married Vera Mae Krenz on December 28, 1952.

He worked as a Senior Manufacturing engineer at Hamilton Industries for 43 years and after retirement moved with his lovely wife to Cottonwood Arizona to escape the snow.

He enjoyed Barbershop singing in choruses and quartets in Manitowoc, WI and Sedona, AZ.

Many happy hours were spent on the road traveling, golfing, and photographing.

Survivors include his wife, Vera Mae, his children, Lynne, Greg, Mark, and Debra, eight loved grandchildren, one great-grandchild and his sister, Kay Pantzlaff of Reedsville, WI.

Memorial service will be held Sunday, October 6, at 2 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, 5600 W. Palmaire Ave. Glendale, AZ 84301. Reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Grace Lutheran Church or the .

The family would especially like to thank all at Halyna's Care for their special loving care of Glenn.
