Deering, Michael

Michael Deering, 63, of Canton, Georgia passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at Northside Hospital in Cherokee, Georgia with family and friends at his side. Michael was born in Two Rivers, WI and was a graduate of Lincoln High School, Manitowoc, WI. Michael also attended the University-Wisconsin Manitowoc. Michael and his wife, Renee, moved to Canton, Georgia in 2001.

Michael is survived by his wife, Renee Deering of Canton, Georgia; his father, Robert Deering of Manitowoc, sisters and brothers-in-law, Michelle (Steve) Hamby of Oshkosh WI, niece MacKenzie (Brian) Ellis, and nephew Justin (Lisa) Mushel and great-niece Reese; Cindi (Jack) Sprang of Manitowoc, nephew Huston (Amanda) Sprang and great-nephew Brantley: and Monique (Steve) Lehmann of St. Louis MO, nieces Nicole, Taylor and Natalie; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Lee and Joy Engert of Missouri, Collette (Rob) Harlow of Michigan and Suzette (Paul) Stefanic of Arkansas, niece Amanda and nephew Nick. Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Carol M Deering.

Sosebee Funeral Home in Canton, Georgia has helped with funeral arrangements. Memorial service for Michael will be held at Kirkwood Baptist Church, Kirkwood, MO on Saturday, July 26, 2014. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the International Bible Study Fellowship at www.bsfinternational.org or Roswell Community Church in Roswell, Georgia.
