Charles E. Morris, 71, formerly of Los Alamos, died Sept. 18, 2013 in Scottsdale, Ariz. He was born in Detroit, Mich. and received his doctorate from Iowa State University. From 1968-1994, he was a research physicist at Los Alamos National Laboratory (M-6) and was active in skiing and golf. After retirement, he pursued an interest in woodworking, designing and building cabinetry and furniture for his home. Chuck is survived by his wife Ellen. There will be no services.
