James J. (Jim) Dvorak, age 90, loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away Friday, August 10, 2012. He is proceeded in death by his son Richard Dvorak and great granddaughter Bryn Dvorak. He is survived by his wife Gen Dvorak; sons Jim, Dave, and Bob Dvorak; and daughter Mary Foglesong. He was blessed to have thirteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
Rosary and Memorial Service took place on Aug. 13, 2012 at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 am on Aug. 16, 2012 at Risen Savior Catholic Church at 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Internment is at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 3:00 pm, Aug. 16, 2012.
