Clement L. Konkler

LANCASTER: Clement L. Konkler, 81, of Lancaster, passed away at his residence, Saturday, June 2, 2012. Clement was a retired employee of Anchor Hocking, U.S. Air Force Veteran of Korea and member of the American Legion. Survived by his daughters Kimm Konkler and Diana (Greg) Bunting, grandchildren; Katie, Kevin, Kylie, Karra, Kelley, Kiesha and Lilly, Leonard and Misty, two great-grandchildren, sisters; Genevieve Payton, Julie Guisinger, Veronica Martinez, brothers Edward Konkler, Jerry (Thelma) Konkler, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife Luana G. Konkler, a sister Patricia Konkler, brothers Francis and Eugene Konkler.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, at the Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home with Chaplain Ernie Poling Officiating. Burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery where the Lancaster Veterans Burial Detail will conduct graveside rites. Friends may call two hours prior to services on Wednesday (11:00 AM until 1:00 PM) at the funeral home. Contributions can be made to FairHoPe Hospice in Clements's memory.
