LANCASTER: Mary Ann Huston 74 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at Fairfield Medical Center.
She was born on September 2, 1937 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Melvin R. and Mary Pearl Friesner Hall. She was co-owner of Myrl's Boutique and a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Twig 7 and Tarhe Shrine.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Myrl; daughter, Molly (Dan) Bates; son, Marc (Suzette) Huston all of Lancaster, Ohio; six grandchildren, Miles Huston, Clark Bates, Matthew Bates, Connor Huston, Nathan (Heather) Bates and Sarah (Wyatt) Borah; four great granddaughters; brother, Jim (Arlene) Hall of Colorado; three nephews and canine companion, Maggie.
The family wishes to thank the staff on the fifth floor of the Fairfield Medical Center for their care of Mary Ann.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents, niece, Vickie and mother-in-law, Sedalia Huston.
A memorial service will be held Monday, July 23, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Dr. Richard Ellsworth officiating. Caring Cremation has taken place. Burial will be at a later date at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may visit Sunday from 4-8 p.m. at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130.
