CARROLL: Mary Hockman Coakley, 75 of Carroll passed away Saturday May 19, 2012 at the Pickering House.
She was born on May 30, 1936 in Newark to the late Raymond and Dorothy (Inlow) Westenbarger. Mary retired from J. C. Penny after 43 years. She was a member of the Gloryland Church of the Nazarene and Gideon International. Mary volunteered at the Fairfield Medical Center for 16 years.
Mary is survived by her husband, Darrell Coakley; daughter, Carol (Mark) Hockman Watkins; granddaughters, Alexandra and Jordan Watkins; daughter, Holly (John) Robitzer; grandson, Austin Robitzer; brothers and sisters, Martha Campbell, Mildred (Richard) Gordon, Joe (Sally) Westenbarger, Chuck (Karen) Westenbarger; brother in law, Paul E. Hockman; step children, Diane Bigerton, Terry Coakley, Darren Coakley; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Lee J. Hockman; and her parents.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00AM Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at the Gloryland Nazarene Church. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memory Garden. Visitation will be on Monday from 5-8PM at the SHERIDAN FUNERAL HOME.
