Carl D. Noland

LANCASTER: Carl D. Noland, age 78, a faithful servant, went home to be with His Lord on Saturday, September 29, 2012. He was a member of the Church of God of Cleveland, Tennessee and served as Pastor of New Life Chapel Church of God, Frontline Church of God and Assistant Minister at the Victory Hill Church of God. Carl was a retired employee at Anchor Hocking and served in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his children; Cathy (Keith) Mackie, Cheryl (Lloyd) Locke, Dennis (Cheri) Noland, grandchildren; Kendra (Bill) Crowell, Kyle (Nikki) Mackie, Candace Mackie, Carl (Marty) Locke, Josh (Jen) Locke and Amber Locke, Lyndsay, Sarah and Lauren Noland, great-grandchildren; Austin and Kaylee Crowell, Gavin, Kyra and Karder Mackie, Kendall Mackie, Ajay and Allie Locke, Elayna and Quenten Locke, a sister, Caryl Woods, brothers, Larry Noland and Danny (Sandy) Noland, a special care giver, Veronica Finnefrock, nieces, nephews and a very large extended church family.

Carl is preceded in death by his wife Marlene and his parents, Forrest and Luta Lorene Noland.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at the Victory Hill Church of God, 4000 Coonpath Road, Carroll, Ohio with Pastor Tim Teague officiating. Burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster. Friends may call 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Tuesday and one hour prior to services Wednesday at the Victory Hill Church of God. The family suggests contributions to the Church in Carl's memory.
