Burroughs, Odis Ray  
Odis Ray Burroughs, 58 of Hodgenville, died Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the University of Louisville Hospital. He was a native of Hammond, IN, served in the U. S. Navy and a member of First Christian Church. He was a Limited Medical Radiology Tech. at Care First in Radcliff and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford A. and Catherine Featherston Burroughs and his birth mother, Peggy Stamper. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Florence Burroughs; one son, Rocky (Nedra) Cundiff of Hodgenville; three daughters, Theresa Cort of Lexington, Erin (Bryon) Hodges of Hodgenville and AO3 Michelle (Ken) Trapnell, US Navy stationed at Norfolk, VA; three brothers, Rickey (Judy) Burroughs of Lexington, Harry Wayne Green of Lyons, IL and Rayme Leonhardt of Pueblo West, CO; two sisters, Diana (Steve) Green of Merrillville, IN and Laurie (Jim) LaBranche of Greensboro, NC; 16 grandchildren,1 great grandchild and numerous close friends that he loved dearly. The funeral will be Saturday at 12 noon at Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Campbell and Bro. Davey Graham officiating. Burial will follow in Union Christian Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 15 and continue after 9 am Saturday at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed online at www.brownfuneral.com.

Davis, Jennie Gail  
Jennie Gail Davis, 64, of Elizabethtown died Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at Kensington Manor. She was preceded in death by her father, Carl Lutz. She is survived by her loving husband, Rick Davis; her children, Scott Thomas Davis (Wendy) and Whitney Erin Davis Taylor (Jason); her mother, Tootie Lutz; two brothers, Ricky and John Lutz; a sister, Carla Nelson and three grandchildren, Madalyn Davis, Larkin Taylor and Michael Taylor. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Monday, May 18, 2015, from Elizabethtown Baptist Church with Rev. Glenn Chasteen officiating. Burial will follow in Hardin Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12noon until 6:00 PM Sunday, May 17, 2015, at Dixon-Atwood & Trowbridge Funeral Home and after 10:00 AM Monday at the church. Expressions of Sympathy may take the form of contributions to Elizabethtown Baptist Church. Dixon-Atwood & Trowbridge Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. *

Harman, Bettye Graham  
Bettye Graham Harman, 78, of Hodgenville, passed away, May 17, 2015 at her residence. Her husband, James C. Morris and her parents, Stanley Russell and Mary Emma Ramsey Graham, precede her in death. A son, James Russell Morris of Greensburg, survives her. Visitation continues at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville Burial will follow in the Buffalo Cemetery.

Melton, Marjorie Ruth (Reed)  
Marjorie Ruth Reed Melton, 93, of Rineyville, formerly of Campbellsville passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at Hardin Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Melton; her parents, Herbert and Mary Etta Speer Reed and two brothers, Leslie Reed and Jimmy Reed. She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Warren (John T.); two grandsons, John L. Warren and Andy Warren (Shelby Snyder); one sister, Geneva Reed. Funeral services were conducted at 1:30 PM Thursday, May 14, 2015, from Dixon-Atwood & Trowbridge Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Oetzel officiating. Burial followed in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Dixon-Atwood & Trowbridge Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Neoma Mae Vann, age 78, of Magnolia, passed away, Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at the Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Florence Kindler, two daughters, Caroline Doughtery and Lenora Hoover; two sons, Daniel and Donald Smith; seven brothers, James, Edward, Cleance, Russell, and Sonny Kindler, Frank and Robert Glotta; and a sister, Marie Kindler. Neoma is survived by a son, David Smith of Magnolia; a daughter, Yvonne Ortega of Westville, IN; two step-sons, Woody A. Vann of Hobart, IN and Timothy Vann of Creal; four step-daughters, Patricia Burton of Magnolia, Barbara Faber of Greenberg, IN, Peggy Baker of Greendale, IN and Mary Jo Masminter of Delhi, OH; 11 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Friday, May 15, 2015, at the Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia. Visitation will begin at 12 noon Friday at the funeral home.
