James Paul Pearman, 75, of Hodgenville, passed away Friday, November 22, 2013, at his residence.
He was a farmer and retired excavator operator.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Anna Belle Sidebottom and Robert Gardner Pearman, Sr.; a sister, Evelyn Joyce Hedgespeth and three brothers, John Thomas "J.T", Virgil and William Leonard "Buddy" Pearman.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Pearman; two daughters, Barbara (Jerry) Barros of Hodgenville and Brenda (Jerry) Sherrard of Upton; two sons, Curtis (Robin) Pearman and Daniel Pearman, all of Hodgenville; five sisters, Mable Louise Bell and Gloria Mae Farmer, both of Radcliff, Mary Catherine McGuffey and Helen Jane Lile, both of Hodgenville and Martha Belle Cloninger of Shelbyville; four brothers, Robert G. Pearman Jr. of Radcliff, Joseph Eugene Pearman of Hodgenville, Harold Dean Pearman of Rineyville and Charles Richard Pearman of Elizabethtown; 17 grandchildren and six great-grandchilren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Monday, November 25, 2013, at the Hodgenville Pentecostal Church with Revs. David Webb and Kurt Barros officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 AM to 8 PM, Sunday and after 9 AM, Monday at the Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville.
