He is survived by a sister Janet Myrick.
The funeral is noon, Oct. 1 at Ransdell Funeral Home in Campbellsburg.
Visitation is 10 a.m. until time of service at Ransdell Funeral Home.
Burial is 3 p.m. at Red Hill Cemetery in Hodgenville.
