Dustin Tyler Fields, 24, of Upton, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013, at Norton Hospital in Louisville.
He was a farmer and a member of Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church.
He was the son of Doug Fields and Pam Riggs Fields of Upton.
He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Goldie Fields and Shirley Riggs; and one cousin, Nicholas Riggs.
He also is survived by his wife, Jennifer Fields; twin sons, Noah Fields and Caleb Fields; one sister, Joni Brooks and her husband, Allen, of Mammoth Cave; two brothers, Brandon Fields and his wife, Wendy, and Brian Fields and his wife, Missy, all of Upton.
The funeral is at 1 p.m. CDT Saturday, Oct. 26, at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church with Brothers Stephen Copelin and Shane Wilson officiating. Inter-ment follows in Pleasant Hill Church Cemetery in Upton.
