Hannah Holderman Walters Clopton, 95, of Magnolia, passed away Friday, May 23, 2014, at Sunrise Manor Nursing Home in Hodgenville.
She was a member of South Fork Baptist Church, the Gideon's International Auxiliary, a homemaker, and a farmer's wife.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Otis Clopton; her parents, John Calvin and Frances Rae Boyd Walters Sr.; and two brothers, Tom Walters and John C. "Junior" Walters.
She is survived by a son, Tom (Brenda) Clopton of Magnolia; two grandsons, Troy (Krista) Clopton of Glasgow and Trevor (Candace) Clopton of Elizabethtown; a sister, Flora Belle "Pud" Shelton of Linwood; eight great-grandchildren, Timothy Clopton, Grant Clopton, Callie Clopton, Daphanie Clopton, Gavin Clopton, Gunnar Clopton, Garrett Clopton, and
Audrey Clopton; and two great-great-grandchildren, Isabella Sue Clopton and Brayden Clopton.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia with the Rev. Gordon McDowell and Rev. Jonathan Carl officiating. Burial will follow in South Fork Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday, and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
