James Tyrone Back, 45, of New Haven, passed away Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, at his residence in New Haven.

He is a member of the Baptist faith. He was disabled.
He was born April 20, 1967, in Dayton, Ohio.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 15 years, Mary Helen Hartless Back; and one brother, Dallas LaWayne Back.
He is survived by his father and stepmother, James "Jim" (Jeannie) Back of New Haven; his mother, Beverly Evans Back of Tacoma, Wash.; one brother, Chad Allen (Alleesha) Back of North Bend, Wash.; two stepbrothers, Bill (Amy) Dirr of Chester, Va. And Mike (Tracy) Kelley of New Haven; one stepsister, Ursula Kelley of Rochester, Ind.; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The funeral for James Tyrone Back is 1 p.m Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012, at William R. Rust Funeral Home Chapel, 167 N. Main St., New Haven. The Rev. Bruce Nichols, pastor of Rolling Fork Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in the Marshall family cemetery in New Haven.
Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3 and 8 a.m. until time of service Oct. 4 at William R. Rust Funeral Home in New Haven.
