Larry Hedgespeth, 64, of Hodgenville, passed away, Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at University of Louisville Hospital.
A loving husband, father and pawpaw, he was a founding member of the Hodgenville Pentecostal Church and a self-employed carpenter and farmer.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Johnsey and Joyce Pearman Hedgespeth.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Lasley Hedgespeth; a daughter, Ashley (Brandon) Chan of Turbeville, South Carolina; five sons, Nathan (Dana) Schroeder of Clermont, Adam (Kristen) Hedgespeth of Louisville, Lucas (Kristin) Hedgespeth, Ethan Hedgespeth and Dylon (Kaitlin) Hedgespeth all of Hodgenville; eight grandchildren, Rebekah, Caleb, Lauryn, Brooklyn, Oliver, Brent, Braelyn and Weston; two grandchildren on the way one being named Raelynn and a brother, Daniel Wayne Hedgespeth of Radcliff.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 30, 2017, at the Hodgenville Pentecostal Church with Reverend David Webb, Reverend James Suits and Reverend Richard Binkley officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday and after 10 a.m. on Friday at the church.
