Laura Ann Bowling Bowles, 67, of Hodgenville passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at the Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.
She was a retired registered nurse at Hardin Memorial Hospital after 25 years of service, a former nursing instructor at Elizabethtown Community College, past president and active member of the LaRue County Band Boosters and a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Hodgenville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Harry and Lucille Cruse Bowling.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Mickey Bowles; three daughters, Amy (Robbie) Loyall of Magnolia, Anne Bowles of Hodgenville and Abby (Bobby) Tate of Elizabethtown; a sister, Mary Huelsman of Louisville; three brothers, Bob Bowling and John Bowling both of Hodgenville and Steve (Betty Turner) Bowling of Bowling Green; three grandchildren, Alex Loyall, Lydia Tate and Liam Tate; a niece, Shannon Bowling and two nephews, Harrison Huelsman and Griffin Huelsman.
Memorial Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at the Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Chaplain Roger Jasper officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 12 until time for services.
