Macel Pauline Jones, 86, of Johnson City, Tennessee, formerly of Buffalo, passed away, Monday, June 16, 2014, at NHC Health Care in Johnson City, Tennessee.

She was born in LaRue County, the daughter of the late William Ted and Mary Scott Bailey.
Pauline was a loving wife and mother and was a faithful member of the Unaka Avenue Baptist Church, where she served as a pastor's wife for many years.
She is survived by her husband, Dr. Grant Jones; a son, Dr. David (Kay) Jones of Johnson City, Tennessee; a daughter, Mary (Randy) Holt of Oklahoma; three grandsons, Jason (Courtney) Jones, Josh Jones, and Ben (Amy) Jones' and two great-granddaughters, Mae Jones and Bailey Jones.
The funeral is 2 p.m. Thursday, June 19, 2014, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Dr. Kenneth Story officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Tabor Cemetery in Buffalo.
Visitation will begin after 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home until time for services.
