Margie C. Logsdon, 85, of Hodgenville, passed away Friday, Sept. 28, 2012, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.

She was a member of Salem Christian Church and retired from Nationwide Uniform Company.
Margie was preceded in death by her parents, George Thomas and Mable Semones Logston; two sisters, Rita Wade and Katherine Rucker; and a daughter-in-law, Sue Williams Logsdon.
She is survived by her husband of nearly 67 years, John E. "Jack" Logsdon; two sons, Tommy Logsdon of Hodgenville and David (Linda) Logsdon of Buffalo; four grandchildren, Millie (Michael) Massie, Teri (Bryan) Eastridge and Trista (Jason) Whitlow, all of Hodgenville and Chad (Hillary) Logsdon of Buffalo; eight great-grandchildren Cullen Logsdon, Delany and Taylor Eastridge, Katie and Ryan Massie, Emily and Chloe Whitlow and Gage Logsdon; and a great-great-grandson, Grayson Whitlow.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville, with Rev. Sid Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in Salem Christian Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
