Pauline Back Clemons, 98, of Hodgenville, passed away Friday, January 8, 2016 at the Sunrise Manor Nursing Home in Hodgenville.
She was a longtime volunteer for the American Red Cross Blood Program, attended Valley Creek Baptist Church and was an avid University of Kentucky Wildcats fan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Clemons; a daughter, Merlin Coats; a son, Charles Edward Clemons; two sisters, Isabelle Mooney and Sally Back; a brother, Pearl Edward Bach and her parents, Larkin and Lizzie Wilson Back.
She is survived by three daughters, Carolyn Bush of Hodgenville, Anna Lois Long of Hodgenville and Joyce (Paul) Noble of Somerset; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 13 at the Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with the Reverend Scott Kerr officiating. Burial will follow in the Valley Creek Cemetery in Elizabethtown.
Visitation will begin after noon on Wednesday, January 13 at the funeral home until time for services.
