Rosetta B. Dye, 68, of Elizabethtown, passed away, Monday July 24, 2017 at Life Care in Bardstown.
Rosetta was a homemaker, a loving mother, grandmother and she was of the Baptist faith.
She was born March 31, 1949 to the late Marvin and Ollie Mae Whitlock Bingham in Green County.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James Elbert Dye; her parents, two brothers, Charles and Bobby Bingham; a sister-in-law, Tinnie and one brother-in-law, Robert Coffee.
She is survived by, four children, Pamela Hardin of Elizabethtown, Mary Lou Young of Magnolia, Jetto Dye of New Haven, and Janie Wynette Dye of Parker Lake, KY. Four brothers Oris Bingham of Greenburg, Mitchell Bingham of Edmonton, Austin Bingham of Glasgow and Harry Bingham of Bargersville, IN.; a sister, Mae Coffee of Richmond, KY and a sister-in-law, Catherine. She was also survived by four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. at Thursday, July 27, 2017 at The William R. Rust Funeral Home Hodgenville Chapel 612 N. Lincoln Blvd in Hodgenville. Burial will follow in Stanford, Kentucky in Day Family Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 26 from 2 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and will continue Thursday, July 27 after 9 a.m. until time of service.
