Clarence Heistand Brewer, 76, of the Levelwoods community, entered this life on June 25, 1936, and went to be with his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, June 4, 2013, at Golden Living Center, Green Hill Manor in Greensburg.

He was a lifelong farmer and a member of Levelwoods Methodist Church. His life revolved around his nieces and nephews, farming and being outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elzie Willian and Sadie Truman Warren Brewer; two sisters, Betty Allen Brewer and Norma Lee Skaggs; three brothers, Harold Willian, Lloyd Harrison and David Eugene Brewer.
He is survived by six siblings, Catherleen Brewer and Margie Brewer, both of the Levelwoods community and Shellie (Franklin) Allen, Alene Skaggs, James (Ann) Brewer and Daniel (Wanda) Brewer, all of Hodgenville; four special friends, Dale Douglas, Timmy Thomas, Chris Buckman and Kevin Harris; several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews; and a host of friends and relatives.
The funeral is 2 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2013, at Levelwoods Methodist Church with Revs. Lawrence Brockman and Wallace Votaw officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation is 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville and after 10 a.m. Friday at the church.
