CAREY, Terence M. Jan. 23, 1932-Dec. 15, 2012 Raised in Lancaster, Wisconsin. Graduated from University of Notre Dame in 1953. Came out to the West Coast and worked as an investment banker in Los Angeles and San Diego. Moved permanently to San Diego in 1980. Terry is survived by his adoring wife, Suzanne; his children, Mary Carey and her husband Dan Cook, Kelley and her husband Kelly Dooling, and Terence Carey Jr. He was predeceased by his son Martin. He is also survived by his siblings, Sheila Dixon, Denis (Carol) Carey and Cathleen (Gerry) Kardas. He had seven grandchildren, Caroline and Patrick Cook; Lauren, Lindsey and Larkin Carey; Chelsey and Carly Dooling. He was very erudite and had a wonderful sense of humor. He was loved and respected by all who knew him.
