Leo Bergman

Bergman, Leo H June 11, 1910 - May 29, 2012 Leo H. Bergman (101) of Encino, California. Leo was born in New York and lived much of his life in Bayonne New Jersey. When he retired he moved with his love, Gertie, to West Palm Beach Florida. He thereafter relocated to California where he has resided since approximately 1985. Mr. Bergman was a NYU undergraduate and received his JD from Rutgers University and practiced law in Bayonne, N.J until his retirement. He served on the Hudson County Bar Association Ethics Committee and the Board of Education of Bayonne, NJ. He was also Chancellor and Deputy District Commander of the Knights of Pythias. Predeceased by his loving wife Gertrude Bergman of 70 years, his daughter Francine De Wet and his granddaughter Linda Weiss. He is survived by his daughter Marilyn Perelman ( Sandy) of West Caldwell NJ his son Alan M Bergman(Linda) of Tarzana Ca. and his sister Bertha Kalmonson of Laguna Niguel,Ca. In addition Leo has 8 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.
