Viola Mary "Vicki" FRANK

icon December 5, 1920 - August 30, 2013
Our lovely, elegant, Lady Viola passed away suddenly and peacefully at age 92.
She was a remarkable lady, gifted with a fine sense of humor, a wonderful patience, and always a gentle smile and wink for those she loved. She leaves behind quite a legacy of love, compassion, and intelligence bestowed on all those who she touched. Ever the schoolteacher, she blazed the way for her children and her grandchildren, Ryan and Carli, her great-grandchildren, Ashley and Hailey, and her extended family; through education and example.
We will all miss her kind smile and ever dancing bright blue eyes.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Marian, and her former husband, Martin. She leaves behind her daughter, Reine, her grandchildren, Carli, and Ryan, and her great-granddaughters, Ashley and Hailey.
Her favorite epitaph is:
I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one,
I'd like to leave an after glow of smiles when life is done,
I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways,
Of happy times and laughing times, and bright summer days.
I'd like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun.
Of happy memories that I leave when my life is done.

Services were private. There will be a Celebration of her Life at her home on October 5, 2013.
