May you rest in peace Daphne. A lovely, dedicated and downright honest individual. She never falters when it comes to helping others. She was a vital figure to the William H. Parker Los Angeles Police Foundation. Serving as the Board Secretary, who selflessly offers her home for meetings and fundraising events.
