Dennis James O'Rourke

June 12, 1957 - May 11, 2013 Dennis was born in North Hollywood, CA to Dennis and Betty O'Rourke. He attended St. Jane Francis grade school, and graduated Notre Dame High. He was successful in Beverly Hills real estate but left to further his education in Hawaii. He most recently lived in New York where he passed away with his nurse companion Miriam Galaza, best friend Bob Goode, and mother at his side. He was preceded in death by his father, his beloved grandmother Edna Liebholdt, and stepfather Dr. G. Kent Smith. Dennis left his mother, his sister Annie and niece Madison. Also his fifteen year old West Highland White - Steve (who died of a broken heart a few weeks later). Dennis loved Oahu and had planned to return there to live. His ashes will be taken there for burial.
