SALZMAN, Paul WWII veteran, psychotherapist, long-time L.A. resident, died Nov. 16 at 92. Born March 5, 1920, the youngest of four sons of William and Bertha Salzman. Played right guard at Iowa State. U.S. Navy '44-'46. Union rep and cement contractor prior to 50-year career as psychotherapist - UCLA, Xavier Clinic at St. John's Hospital, then private practice, retiring this year at 91. He loved to garden. Married Anne Meyersberg, "the love of his life", a psychologist, in '52. She predeceased him in 2010. Leaves two sons, Hal and Richard, stepdaughter Carol Flax, three granddaughters, two great-grandsons. Memorial Dec. 8, in Arcata where he and Anne moved in 2007. Memorial in L.A. next spring.
