Annie Berman Obituary

Berman, Annie Altman
September 5, 1916 - October 28, 2010
A true Woman of Valor.
She was first and foremost the best, most unselfish, most loving, most loved Daughter, Wife, Mommy, Mother-in-law, Bubby, Great-Bubby, Aunt, Cousin and Friend that ever was. Among so many selfless endeavors she had an active role in the formation of labor unions, helped develop Kaiser Permanente in Southern California, organized mothers to march for sidewalks on Burbank Blvd. in the San Fernando Valley so children could walk safely to school, and volunteered to drive a truck for the Red Cross to transport soldiers during World War II. You will be with us forever and we will all try to live by your example and to live up to your infinite, lifetime of accomplishments. You have left a great and lasting legacy that few, if any, can claim. We love you always.

Donations in her honor may be made to
Temple Beth Hillel, B'nai Brith Bagel Brigade, ASPCA or Boxer Rescue, Los Angeles
