Although I had only a brief relationship with Mr. Ferraro - known as 'Tony' to his friends - he truly touched my heart. I knew him to be wise, proud, dignified, and respectful. At the time of our parting, he wrote me one, short, personal note that I will treasure forever. Eternal peace, Mr. Ferraro!

We want to express our profound condolences to Lucy and other survivors of Tony Ferraro. He was a good Submarine Shipmate and a Gentleman in every sense of the word. He will be sincerely missed by all his friends in the L.A. Chapter of the U.S. Submarine Veterans, WWII.
Sail in Peace, Tony.
