Blossom Litow Obituary
Blossom Litow passed away at age 82 on October 19, 2010 in Reseda, California. Blossom was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to California at the age of 16. After graduating from UCLA, Blossom taught the minds and shaped the hearts of 5th graders for 24 years. She actively traveled the world, leading to a love of gourmet cooking and photography. Being an avid reader, she belonged to several book clubs over the years. Blossom was a longtime volunteer at UCLA and the Public Library.
Blossom is survived by her daughter Sharon Coombs, her son-in-law Kevin Coombs, her two granddaughters Kimberly White and Jessica Ashford, her grandson Michael Casella, and her son Scott Litow. Memorial services will take place at the Jewish Home for the Aging in Reseda at 2 PM on November 10, 2010, with her final resting place at Eden Memorial.
