October 22, 1938 - February 17, 2014 Brenda Rosenfeld passed away in Claremont, CA. She is survived by her husband, David; children, Andrew (Jill); and Stacy; grandchildren, Sam, Jack and Sasha. She attended UCLA and graduated from UC Berkeley. She spent 40 years with the LA DPSS and retired as Director of Communications and Marketing. Brenda served on the boards of Temple Beth Israel, Pomona, CA, where she focused on social justice, and the Jewish Federation of the San Gabriel and Pomona Valleys, which recognized her as a Woman Who Made A Difference. Brenda also served on the Human Relations Council of Claremont and was Vice President of the Claremont Museum of Art. During her life, Brenda touched many with her compassion and kindness. She wIll be missed by her family and friends. Donations may be made to Temple Beth Israel of Pomona, Cedars Sinai Learning Tree Fund and the Claremont Museum of Art.
