I came upon Charles Haas while googling a cartoonist with the same last name. I took the time to read it and I found his life story interesting. I´m sure he was a loving man and to know he gave back to his community is commendable.

Dear Tony, David, Toya and Mike,
My sister Lindsey sent me the news of Chuck's death. What a wonderful long and productive life he had. I have such fond memories of your wonderful parents, and the pleasure our parents enjoyed in their friendship. My very best to each of you, after these many, many decades!
With warm regards,
Andrea (Miller-Keller)
