At age 62 Frank George Kavathan passed away peacefully in Riverside County, CA where he had lived the last ten years. Frank was born in Los Angeles and previously resided in Highland Park, Costa Mesa, and Newport Beach for many years. Frank was proud to have worked at the Los Angeles Times Newspaper for more than twenty years in the Machine Shop as a Machinist, Lead Man, and Emergency Response Teamleader. He is loved by many and will remain alive in the hearts of those who were blessed by knowing him best, his brother William Kavathan, his daughters, Tammy Kavathan and Tina Alvarado, his grandson Mark Blanco, his previous wife Nancy Kavathan and his dear friends Swede Johnson, Lee and Victor Moore and Mary White. We wish for Frank a gentle and loving transition.
