Gita was a lifelong political activist for liberal causes and was a founding member of Women For: established in the 1960's against the Vietnam War. Erica: I am so sorry to hear of Gita's passing. My mother, Geraldine Dreyfuss was a friend and sister activist in Women For, as you know. The world just lost yet another of those remarkable women.
