November 11, 1919 - June 25, 2014 Glenous Amelia (Kreisler) was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on November 11, 1919 and passed away surrounded by family on June 24, 2014. She moved to California the age of six. Glenous' husband of 60 years, John, preceded her in death in 1998. Among her many accomplishments, she was the "Hostess With the Mostest," working in management for Hostess cakes for 35 years. Glenous served with several organizations including; Women's Architectural League, Assistance League of San Pedro, American Women in Radio and Television, and many more Glenous is survived by brother Robert Latz; sons John (Caethe), James (Marie), and daughter, Janis; 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Los Verdes Golf Club, 7000 W. Los Verdes Dr., Rancho Palos Verdes on August 6, 2014 from 1 pm to 6 pm. In her honor, attire is bright and casual.
