December 9, 1922 - March 26, 2014 Helen grew up in Scarsdale NY and graduated from College of New Rochelle. She married Wilber A. Sweeters and soon moved to Pacific Palisades, CA. She was a founding member of her Catholic Church and volunteered at its school attended by her other four children. Helen was a talented gardener, loved museums, decorating, travel, newspapers, and people. She was a proud New Yorker who lived well until the day she died. Helen will be deeply missed by her friends and family, including her loving husband and children, Henry (predeceased), Stephen, James, Julianne, and Maryclaire, and her grandchildren Noah, Nate, Boyce and Finlay, and by her NY sister, Maryclaire Sherwin, and many nieces and nephews.
