Love you to pieces, Noodlehead. Miss you. You gave so much and enriched so many lives, I wish you had been here longer to see the impacts of your devoted friendship. We made some cherished memories. What I would give to spend some time reminiscing. Hopefully you and Mr. P are having a great time with a good bottle of red, a sunset and a nice field to play catch in. Just remember to hide your flip-flops. Hugs, sweetie.

Hi Joel,
It's been a few years... I looked you up tonight to see if I could have you do my taxes again. But alas I found an obituary instead! What happened? I'm crying my eyes out. I wish we had stayed in touch. Thank you for all those MnM's and laughter and honest heart to heart talks about children. I wonder if you ever adopted. You would have been such a great adoptive dad. I always felt close to you in spirit. I pray that I will see you again someday and we can rejoice together where there is no pain. I love you my friend.

I will always remember bass fishing, planning parties, and you zapping me with your famous electric chair every tax season. What a great, fun, smilling, free sprit. I will miss you so much buddy!

Dear Joel aka:Noodlehead,
You will be missed, but I hope that everyone can remember you as happy as you were in this picture. I think this was your 30th. I have searched for something meaningful as a tribute to you. Donation to a cancer org, Ronald McDonald, something that would be "you". You were supportive as a friend. You didn't ask, you did. In tough times you were a constant. You gave and gave and then gave some more. Well, Mr. P spoke to me again. The Heifer Organization gives farm animals to families in need around the world. One animal can give and give and give. How perfect. We decided on a goat. Wonderful milk, wonderful hair and personalities that are over-the-top. It was more a process of elimination. I remember when the lama spit on you...only you - so that was out. A chicken - well that just seemed so anti-karmic. One by one it became clear which animals were not right. The important is that this little friend will give and give for years to come to a child and to a family in your memory.
With Love, Mr. P, Ali and Vannie

Joel,
As a fellow tax preparer and seminar instructor, your loss to our profession will surly be missed. The many seminars we were at, the dinners on the road, and lively discussions of the "grey" area of the tax law will be missed. Remeber that your teachings will be remembered by the many practitoners that listened to you with great interest.
Rest in peace.

As a fellow tax preparer in the San Fernando Valley, we shared many of the same experiences and client stories. We had a great laugh after I referred a client to you named Larry Moe and we both wondered if Curly could be far behind.
Will miss your passion and enthusiasm on the road. Thank you for always being extremely complimentary to myself and my seminar firm.
Rest in peace Joel.

Go Lakers and Bruins! Next time I walk by a blackjack table, I'll double-down in your memory (and probably win!) Good memories, my friend.

Everything Joel did, he did with absolute exuberance and gusto - I don't think he ever did anything half-way (well, unless it involved checking his own punctuation and grammar, which he regarded as torture). I'll never forget the moment he called me to tell me he'd just passed the EA exam. I've never heard an adult express that much joy and elation. It's so hard to believe he's gone because I can still see him and can definitely HEAR him; he's so clearly present in my mind. Godspeed, Joel Dinsfriend!

There was no one better to have dinner with than Joel. We shared wonderful meals over the years, on the road, and Joel always had a ready smile and an engaging story. Joel was a very kind man to all and a gentleman who wanted nothing more than to help people out. He was a terrific educator but, best of all, he was a mensch!
My condolences to family and friends.

For 27 years you were my friend, brother, and Godfather to my son. We shared many laughs, crys, and even agruements, but no matter what I loved you so much and I will miss you dearly. You were there for everything the wedding, births, holidays, vacations and I know you will alway be looking over us. I love you and I will cherish all the memories you have given me. This not goodbye, but I'll see you later.

Old accountants (and young ones) never die. We just lose our balance. I'll bet you're in a better place where everything is always in balance and the rules make sense and there are no taxes! It was fun out there on the circuit with you.

You were a friend "Joelseph" and I will never forget you. I will miss you and think of you often. Wish I could have talked to you a couple weeks ago and would have come and seen you if I'd known. Take care and hope theres a bowl of m&m's with peanuts waiting for you. See you again old friend.
