August 15, 1936 - November 12, 2017 L. Paul Dafelmair passed away 11-12-17 of natural causes, he was 81. He served in the Army and was stationed in Germany in the early 50's. His life long partner Bill Belew designed costumes for Elvis from his 68' comeback special through the 70's. Paul was Milton Berle's personal costumer for many years. He worked on TV shows Falcon Crest, JAG and NCIS which he was Costume Supervisor. He won two Emmy Awards on JAG's 96-97 season 'Cowboys and Cossacks' and 98-99 season 'Gypsy Eyes' and was a member of the Motion Picture Costumers Local 705, retiring in 2013. Paul will be remembered for his first class style and his generosity to friends and charities.
