Mike, you have been a dear friend and mentor to Sande & I for almost twenty years. I enjoyed every day that we had working with you & every conversation with you.

I can’t believe that you’re gone. I remember the last time that I saw you, we were all with Steve at his recital.

Our lives and our business have been positively influenced by you and your shared experiences. We will miss you.

Goodbye old friend!
