Marcus, Mollye Saltzman
October 18, 1899 - February 18, 2011
She reached the age of 111 making the records as one of the world's oldest people.
Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, died peacefully in Woodland Hills. Born in Lechovitz, Russia and migrated at age 4 to Council Bluffs, Iowa and married Abner Marcus in 1923. Moved to Auburn, Nebraska in 1931. Relocated to Omaha until 1990, then moved to California to be near family. Pre-deceased by husband Abner in 1964, son-in-law Kurt Hirschinger in 2003, daughter Beverly Bramson in 2004. Survived by daughter Darlene Hirschinger, son-in-law, Bob Bramson, 6 grandchildren: Bobbe Bramson Goodman (Martin), David Bramson, Danny Bramson (Julee), Debbie Hirschinger Tynan, Tom Bramson (Stephanie), Richard Hirschinger (Debbie) and 7 great-grandchildren: Gregory, Stephanie, Joshua, Drew, Jesse, Emma and Nicole.
Funeral services: Sunday, February 20th at 3 pm at Eden Memorial Park (818-361-7161)
