Rhea Butler Obituary
October 25, 1920 - November 3, 2010
Known affectionately as TuTu, Rhea Butler was born in Guthrie, Oklahoma. She moved west in the early 1930s, and lived in Long Beach and Los Angeles from this point on.
Rhea was a founding member of VA hospital employees' union AFGE Local 1061. She was a determined union representative. She was a licensed Ham radio operator and enjoyed spy novels.
TuTu is survived by her daughter Janice Jones, who has 4 children and 2 grandchildren. Her cackling laugh and irreverent sense of humor will be missed.
