April 22, 1925 - October 4, 2013 Selma Lourine Morris Alschuler, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt is survived by her brother, 4 children and 8 grandchildren. She touched many lives through her wisdom, encouragement, humor and warmth. During her lifetime, she was very active and influential as President of the PTA at Clover Avenue School; received her AA Degree in Liberal Arts with Summa Cum Laude honors at age 78; and instrumental in getting WLA City College built. She was an artist and poet. Services will be held at Hillside Memorial Park in Los Angeles, CA. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the following charities: The
