William Booth Obituary

BOOTH , William Allen
Of Los Osos passed away Sunday, Dec. 31, 2006. Born on Nov. 7, 1949, Bill grew up in La Crescenta, and made a number of television and motion picture appearances during his childhood. He graduated from USC in 1971 and from Hastings College of the Law in 1974, before moving to Los Osos, Calif., in 1977.
Bill practiced law throughout San Luis Obispo County and spent six years as an instructor at Cuesta College, teaching business and real estate law.
His quick wit, sharp sense of humor and love of sports and politics will be remembered by all who met him. His generous, caring and loyal spirit will forever remain a part of his family and dear friends.
Bill is survived by his son Devon, mother Louise and sisters, Bonnie Campbell and Linda Hemrick.
Private services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests honoring Bill's memory by calling an old friend.

The last few years I have watched Mr Booth acting on Dennis the Menace as the best friend of Dennis, Tommy. He was a very cute kid and a good child actor. Reading a little about his life he ended up being a dad, lawyer and teacher. So sad that he passed in 2006 when he was 57. He was so young. My sympathies to his friends and family.

I miss you Bill. You were the Uncle of fun and inspiration. Smiles, laughs, and a wit that made me take notes. You were a teacher. You taught how to live, love, and enjoy life. Thanks for the memories my friend.

I was so sorrow to read about Bill. I was his swim coach at CV and he was a great kid to coach. He had a great personality and was loved by all who knew him. He worked very hard to improve his times in swimming. Bill will always hold a place in my heart as the kid any coach would love to have on his team. May God Bless you Billy, Rest In Peace
