She is survived by her loving husband, Robert S. Van Spanje, mother Delores Burnham, brothers Michael (Cindy) and Mitchell (Laura) Burnham. Grandmother Evelyn Hefner, many nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces. She was a also a member of the Long Beach Petroleum Club. A celebration of life will be held Sept. 21, 2013 at the Petroleum Club, 3636 Linden Ave., Long Beach, CA, 11:00 a.m. with reception to follow. Dylan and I love you very much Aunt Kelly! We will always remember the holidays and family events you spent hours playing whatever Dylan wanted to, he loved spending time with you. I will always remember the Times we spent together when my brother and i were growing up. My favorite memory was our trip to Ports-a-call...riding the helicopter together. We miss your laugh and smile and always happy, bubbly personality. You will always be in our hearts and an Angel watching over us. We love you!

I light a candle for my friend Kelly. She always brought a smile to my face from walking her dog with her to playing Bunco. Kelly was a sweet neighbor and friend. I will miss her. Bob you are in my thoughts and prayers.

I believe I in Angels, the kind that heaven sends. I am surrounded by Angels, but I call them friends. Kelly you have been my best friend for over 30 years, now you will be my Angel forever. I will love you now and forever. Rest in peace and know how much you are loved. I will miss you and your cute giggle, I will always keep you close to my heart.
