Like Ethel, my mom Marian Aylesbury was also a Marshall High School friend of Cathys. We 3 Aylesbury kids as well as my 2, who attended UCSB, all have happy memories of our Honory Aunt Cathy.
Sorry for your loss.

To Louise and all the family. I was surprised by the notice in today's LA times on your Mom's passing. I was so pleased you brought her to my "90".
We had great fun in high school (John Marshall) going to the beach, riding the waves, the little cabin in the desert, camping here and there and staying after school for Girl's Athetic Assn., before Title IX in 1972, She was a fine swimmer, life guard, played baseball, field hockey and all other sports, excellent in the classroom, too.
She was maybe the first cheer leader in high school.
I would see her through the years wherever our roads would meet. She adjusted to all adventures in her life and know she was proud of her family.
I have many pictures of all these adventures if so desired by her children.
Carry on with her smile and dedication.
Sending love,
Ethel Lund Pattison
